Privacy Policy
What ZeeDaily is
ZeeDaily is a private reporting service. It gives franchise businesses dashboards built from their own sales data. It is not a consumer product and it is not open to the public. Every account starts with an invitation.
What we collect
There are two kinds, and that is all:
- Your Google account email address. We collect it when you sign in, and we use it for one purpose: to confirm you are on the list of people granted access. Google Identity-Aware Proxy handles sign-in, so we never see or store your password.
- Business sales data that your franchise organization sends us, or that someone sends on its behalf — orders, estimates, and goals. This is your organization’s business data. We process it only to build the reports your organization asked for.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information. Not now, not ever.
- We do not run advertising or third-party trackers.
- We do not use analytics cookies.
- The only cookies here are Google’s authentication session cookies. Sign-in does not work without them.
Where your data lives
We store all data on Google Cloud Platform, in United States regions. Google encrypts it in transit and at rest. Only authorized accounts can read it.
How long we keep it
- We keep report data while your organization is an active customer.
- The system deletes raw data-transfer files after 90 days.
- Write to us at any time to have your organization’s data removed.
Access control
We create accounts by invitation only. We can remove access at any time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
